1. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

1.1 The server is free of charge. Accordingly, the administration operates it solely at their own expense and discretion. Funds received from donations will be used to improve the quality of the server and gameplay and are non-refundable.

1.2 Lack of knowledge of the rules does not exempt users from responsibility for their violation. By confirming registration on the server, you agree to the general rules of the project.

1.3 The administration is not responsible for temporary or permanent inability of specific individuals or groups to play on the server.

1.4 The administration reserves the right to terminate access to the server for any user or subnet at any time without explanation.

1.5 The administration is not obliged to restore items, accounts, characters, or their attributes lost by players for any reason.

1.6 In case of server malfunctions, the administration will take necessary actions to restore its operability as soon as possible.

1.7 Players must comply with the administration's requirements and the provisions of this agreement.

1.8 The account holder is responsible for all actions performed under their account, regardless of who carried them out.

1.9 All players are required to ensure the absence of software prohibited under section 3.1 on the computers used to access the game servers.

1.10 If another user violates this agreement against you, you have the right to file a complaint by email, providing evidence of the violation (e.g., screenshots, videos).

1.11 All accounts and their contents are the property of the server administration.

2. Interaction with the Server Administration (All Groups and Subgroups)

2.1 Unnecessary contact with the administration is prohibited. Any communication must contain a clear description of the issue or a question specifically related to the server's operation. The administration reserves the right not to respond to inquiries.

2.2 Disrespectful behavior toward the administration is prohibited.
Penalty: From a 24-hour chat block to blocking all accounts on the forum and server.

2.3 Threats of any kind toward the administration, in-game or on the forum, are prohibited.
Penalty: Blocking all accounts on the forum and server.

2.4 Interference in the administration's work is prohibited.
Penalty: From a 24-hour character block to blocking all violator accounts.

2.5 Disputing or challenging the actions of the administration is prohibited.
Penalty: At the discretion of the administration.

2.6 Deception of the administration is prohibited.
Penalty: From a 24-hour block to blocking all violator accounts on the forum and server.

2.7 Publishing conversations with the administration or their content without prior consent is prohibited.
Penalty: Blocking all violator accounts.

2.8 Discussing penalties imposed by the administration is prohibited.
Penalty: At the discretion of the administration.

2.9 The administration does not intervene in gameplay except in cases of rule violations, scheduled events, or maintenance tasks.

2.10 Spreading rumors, slander, or anti-advertising about the server or administration is prohibited.
Penalty: Blocking all violator accounts.

3. Use of Software and Gameplay

3.1 The use of programs that simulate player presence in the game or disrupt the normal functioning of server software is prohibited. This includes running such programs alongside the game. Examples include modifying the client or replacing it in ways that alter or facilitate gameplay by non-game methods.
Penalty: Blocking all violator accounts with the possibility of paid unblocking via the personal account.

3.2 Unauthorized access to another player's account is prohibited.
Penalty: Blocking all violator accounts on the server and forum.

3.3 Theft of another player's in-game assets is prohibited. If in-game communication confirms the temporary transfer of items or currency, sales, or other deals, you may contact technical support for cases of theft or fraud. Evidence includes messages in any chat or personal store descriptions.
Penalty: At the discretion of the administration.

3.4 Threats in any form toward players are prohibited unless they are part of the gameplay.
Penalty: At the discretion of the administration.

3.5 Posting messages in global chat that violate the legislation of the Russian Federation or other countries is prohibited.
Penalty: Blocking all violator accounts on the server and forum.

3.6 Selling or purchasing in-game items (currency, L-coins, weapons, armor, resources, etc.) for real money or equivalent electronic payment systems (e.g., WebMoney, Yandex.Money) is prohibited. Selling characters or accounts for non-game values is also prohibited. Discussing such transactions in the game, on the forum, or third-party platforms is forbidden.
Penalty: Blocking all violator accounts on the server and forum. Paid unblocking at the administration's discretion.

3.7 Exchanging in-game items or accounts between servers or trading within a single server for in-game values is prohibited. Discussing such transactions in the game, on the forum, or third-party platforms is forbidden.

3.8 Advertising other online games or third-party projects is prohibited.

Penalty: Blocking all violator accounts.

4. Exploitation of Server Errors (Bugs)

4.1 Exploitation of server errors (bugs) is prohibited.
Penalty: At the discretion of the administration.

4.2 If you find a server error (bug), you must report it to any representative of the administration.

5. Communication and Naming Rules

5.1 Insulting players in global chat or Discord is strictly prohibited.
Penalty: At the discretion of the administration.

5.2 Clan names, abbreviations, character names, or titles containing vulgar language or offensive elements are not allowed.
Penalty: At the discretion of the administration.

5.3 Creating a character with a name containing reserved words (GM, Administrator, or names of current or past administrators) is prohibited.
Penalty: At the discretion of the administration.

5.4 Impersonating the administration or its trusted representatives is prohibited.
Penalty: Blocking all accounts on the server and forum.

5.5 Impersonating a guarantor during trade deals on game servers or forums is prohibited.
Penalty: At the discretion of the administration.

6. Additional Provisions

6.1 These rules may be updated without prior notice.

6.2 The administration reserves the right to choose the penalty based on the specific situation of the violation, including mitigating or increasing the severity.
