1. Information Security Policy

 

1.1 Balance replenishment is available using PayPal (manual mode only), Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and "Mir" bank cards, as well as cryptocurrency. Payments via Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro are processed  through a payment system Unitpay. To make a payment, the user will be redirected to the payment system’s server, where they must enter the required payment details. Payment processing and security are guaranteed by the payment processing center.

1.2 The payment system Unitpay holds a valid PCI DSS compliance certificate, ensuring the secure storage, processing, and transmission of cardholder data. The PCI DSS security standard is supported by international payment systems, including MasterCard and Visa, Inc. Unitpay also participates in the Compliance Control PCI DSS Compliance Process (P.D.C.P.) program. All confidential data required to complete the payment (e.g., card details, registration data, and more) are not transferred to the online store and are processed by Unitpay’s processing center, ensuring complete protection.

1.3 All data entered in the payment form of our partners’ processing centers, including Visa and Mastercard payment systems, are fully protected in compliance with PCI DSS security standards concerning the storage, processing, and transmission of cardholder data.

 

2. Refund Policy

 

2.1 Depositing funds into the personal account balance is voluntary and non-refundable. Refunds are only possible with the consent of the project administration or in exceptional circumstances.

2.2 Depositing funds into the personal account balance is processed automatically within seconds. If the funds were debited but the balance was not updated, please log in to your personal account and check your account status.

2.3 Using funds from the personal account balance forfeits the right to a refund.

2.4 If a refund is approved, the funds will be returned to the user's bank card.

3. Payment Procedure and Information

 

3.1 Description of Paid Services:

  • The paid service includes topping up the User's gaming balance, which is conducted exclusively within the personal account available on the website.

 

3.2 Conditions for Providing Paid Services:

  • Topping up the gaming balance is conducted in the personal account.
  • Topping up the gaming balance is performed by the User through their personal account after completing the authorization procedure.

 

3.3 Payments can be made using the following methods: PayPal (manual mode only), cryptocurrency, and bank cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and MIR.

3.4 To top up the balance using cryptocurrency, select the cryptocurrency payment option in your personal account, then choose one of the available payment methods through our payment partners. Manual mode (manual mode) is also available for cryptocurrency payments.

3.5 To top up the balance using a bank card, select the payment region in your personal account: RU, UA, or International. Depending on the selected region, you will be offered the payment systems of our partners. When paying with a bank card, the payment is processed on the bank's authorization page, where you must enter your bank card details:

  • Card type
  • Card number
  • Card expiration date
  • CVC2/CVV2 code

 

3.6 If your card is connected to the 3D-Secure service, you will automatically be redirected to the issuing bank's page to complete the authentication procedure. For rules and methods of additional identification, please consult the bank that issued your card.

3.7 The cost of one (1) unit of gaming balance is equal to one (1) Russian ruble.

3.8 By making a payment, you confirm your agreement with the Information Security Policy and Refund Policy and agree to the project rules
